Payment and cancellation terms
To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged, with the remaining 70% payable at check-in.
Cancellation or modification of a booking no later than 7 days before the check-in date is free of charge. If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, the 30% prepayment is retained. A no-show is also subject to a fee of 30% of the total booking cost.
Payment data protection
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over public networks in encrypted form using the SSL protocol, applying the most up-to-date tokenisation methods for confidential data and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card information will never be available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and buyers — the AllSecure payment gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and confidentiality. All merchants using the AllSecure payment gateway are automatically enrolled in 3D Secure protection, guaranteeing the security of customer purchases. Customer payment card numbers are not stored in the merchant’s system, and the record itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards — the AllSecure payment gateway continuously complies with all card organisation requirements to increase the level of security for merchants and clients. Since 2005, the system has been continuously certified under the PCI-DSS Level 1 standard, corresponding to the highest standard in the industry. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the security measures required when processing, storing, and transmitting confidential card data. PCI standards protect cardholders’ confidential data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment data is entered at the merchant’s point of sale, during the merchant’s interaction with the relevant banks and card-issuing organisations, and during subsequent data storage.
Payment refund
In the event of a refund to a client who previously paid for an order by payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund will be issued exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard used for payment. This means that our bank will return the funds to the cardholder’s account at our request.
Payment conversion statement
Conversion statement — all payments are made in euros (€). If payment is made using payment cards issued by foreign issuing banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the cardholder’s local currency at the exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard card-issuing companies.
Complaint procedure
Products sold through our website are accompanied by all documentation required by law, including the manufacturer’s warranty certificates. If there is a need to make a complaint about a certain product regarding quality, we will fulfil all obligations set by law before the seller, just as if you had purchased the item at a traditional store.
Goods covered by the manufacturer’s warranty are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty extending to the Buyer. The complaint procedure is initiated at the consumer’s request by completing a Complaint Application regarding product quality.
