Payment and cancellation terms

To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged, with the remaining 70% payable at check-in.

Cancellation or modification of a booking no later than 7 days before the check-in date is free of charge. If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, the 30% prepayment is retained. A no-show is also subject to a fee of 30% of the total booking cost.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in to the aparthotel is available from 14:00 to 21:00. For your convenience, we recommend informing us of your estimated time of arrival in advance so that we can prepare the apartments and ensure the most comfortable and quick check-in. In the event of a late arrival, please contact the administration in advance to coordinate.

Check-out is from 07:00 to 11:00. Please keep the check-out time in mind when planning your departure, so that we can prepare the apartments in time for the next guests.

House rules

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, the following house rules apply at the aparthotel:

• To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted on the premises
• Events and parties are not allowed
• For your rest and the comfort of all guests, quiet hours at the aparthotel are from 22:00 to 07:00

Accommodation for children and extra beds

For your convenience, the following conditions apply:

• For children aged 0 to 4 — a cot is provided free of charge upon request
• For children aged 5 — a cot is provided free of charge, an extra bed is €10 per night
• For children aged 6 to 11 — an extra bed is provided on request for €10 per night
• For guests aged 12 and over — an extra bed is provided on request for €20 per night

Please note that extra beds and cots are not included in the total cost and are paid separately during the stay. The number of available cots and extra beds depends on the chosen accommodation type and is subject to availability. We recommend contacting the administration in advance.

Accommodation with pets

We are happy to welcome guests travelling with pets so that your holiday is truly comfortable for all members of the family. Accommodation with pets is allowed free of charge, with no additional fee. Please inform us of your planned arrival with an animal when making your booking so that we can account for all the details of your stay. We will also be grateful for a careful attitude towards the apartment’s interior and observance of the general house rules for the comfort of other guests.
